Who Should Help You?

The officials of the South Carolina Rural  Letter Carriers' Association serve you in two (2) different areas, administrative and representational. Administrative is your elected State Board.  The State Board officers are responsible for financial, reporting, meetings and other fiduciary concerns. Representational is your Steward System. The appointed District Representatives (DRs) and Assistant District Representatives (ADRs) are responsible for contractual and disciplinary concerns. NRLCA through the NSS program have oversight of all areas within the Representation (Steward) program.

Your State Board and DRs/ADR/stewards are trained and authorized to address the areas of their elected or appointed positions. Questions should be directed to the properly trained official.  Inquiries will not be addressed through this website.
